而且只要你的体重在标准体重上下10%之间，都是属于正常的，不需要考虑减肥，只是需要引起重视。但是，如果你的体重超过标准体重20%，那么就要开始减肥了。因为过度肥胖不仅不好看，还会带来健康上的隐患。
如果过度肥胖的话，首先要了解自己肥胖的原因。
1、吃的多。很多的女性朋友在平时看到美食就忍不住，根本管不住自己的嘴巴，长期如此的话就会导致大量的脂肪堆积在体内，所以就会出现发胖的情况。所以想要控制自己的体重，在平时一定要管住自己的嘴。
2、运动少。现在很多的女性朋友都有久坐的习惯，而且回到家后就喜欢躺在沙发上或者躺在床上不愿意运动。如果长期如此的话，会影响到体内的血液循环，新陈代谢速率也会大大的降低，不利于脂肪的燃烧和消耗，所以就会导致大量的脂肪堆积在体内，引发肥胖。
3、经常熬夜。现在很多的人都有熬夜的坏习惯，如果长期熬夜的话，会严重影响着身体的内分泌平衡，而且新陈代谢速率也会大大的下降，长期如此的话就会引发肥胖。
减肥注意事项：晚饭在5点之前解决；杜绝熬夜；少吃多餐；了解自己肥胖原因对症下药；有一个好的生活习惯；每天起床一杯热水，养胃又通肠道，坚持下去，你也能瘦成“腰”精。
虽然很多女性希望自己越瘦越好，能不胖最好就不要胖，但如果在经过计算以后你发现自己体重属于过瘦的情况，那需要注意的可能就不是减肥，而是增肥了，毕竟保持健康的体重才是最重要的，你说对吗？

“情窦欲开先自窒，心里已净弗须锄。”这是中国古人说的。所以，哪个少女不怀春，那个少男不钟情，这是天性，到了一定的年龄，对异性有好感，只要来了，就无法阻挡。
其次，“过早”是指有多早？这是随着时代变化而有不同的年龄限制，古代二八年华，16岁左右就可以谈婚论嫁了。算一算，到了现才，还在上中学呢。所以，这里的意思应该是指成年之前吧，多指二十多岁，我理解就是上学期间，尤其是面临高考或者是到了上大学的阶段。
第三，在中学的时候确实是不好。不是说情感上不好，而是从现实考虑上不太好。因为正是要面临高考的重要时期，这是一个外在的符号。最重要的是，它后面代表的是心理不成熟、不稳定，对于到底什么是爱情，对于背后应该担负的责任并没有清醒的认识和把握。感情产生的原因，到底是因为爱慕还是因为压力过大而产生的依赖和寄托，没有人能够分得清楚。最重要的是，会影响到孩子们的精力、状态，影响到了学习。
第四，大学好不好要因人而异。现在上了大学的孩子，他们的心智并没有我们想象的那么不成熟，他们对大学的爱情早都有了自己的想法。在现在这个社会里，也不能说不对，也不能说不好或者是非常好。这由他们自己来决定。
朋友的孩子，很阳光的男孩子，到外地上大学，谈了当地的女朋友。毕业后，他回来了。女孩子又不可能离开家乡来到这边。我们都感觉男孩子可能受不了，没有想到，他对这段感情认识的非常清楚，如果能走到一起是最好，走不到一起没有关系，毕竟有过一段感情。这是人生的必经阶段。
第五，大学如果能成是非常不错的。特别说明，师生恋不在此次讨论范围内。从谈恋爱的角度来说，大学应该是一个最好的地方，可选择余地大，同学之间有相近的文化层次，能够有更多共同语言，共同进步，这实际上是一个非常不错的选择和结果。真正工作以后再谈恋爱，你会发现，可供选择的余地反倒没有大学里多了。
爱情值得珍惜，但不是所有的人生阶段都适合谈恋爱，在该做什么的阶段就做什么，这就是最好！

2017年我全年都在策划我的项目——汽车产业链服务平台。
人生没有虚度，既没有给自己不能承受的压力，也没有出现大喜过望的成绩。事情都在缓慢的前进。
2.如果能从来，我会减少融资时间，我在谋求融资上耽误了有4个月。

为什么感觉全民K歌里面永远有群陌生人给你评论？
说句实话哈，我感觉全民K歌有点太假了哈[捂脸]，我也有全民K歌的账号，刚开始玩的时候确实感觉很不错，总会有人评论我唱的歌，心情非常美丽[害羞]，而且K歌里的唱歌效果也很不错，唱歌也没那么累，可以说不需要很深的唱功，我记得我还花了钱冲的会员，因为我是很爱好音乐的，我还在全民k歌里弹吉他啥的，可是后来我发现，有点不对劲啊，总会有一些莫名其妙的的评论，和你唱的歌一点关系都没有，还有就是评论的人连你的歌都没听，怎么就评论说好听呢（因为k歌里有最近的听众，我一查他根本没听我唱的歌[捂脸]），所以我感觉好假啊，好像都有一年没玩k歌了，就在刚才我还进我账号里看了一眼，好像还涨了不少粉，估计可能都是系统给的吧，不过这对我都无所谓了，我现在专心经营西瓜视频的账号，我也建议大家喜欢唱歌的来西瓜视频玩，我感觉这个平台真的很好，活动还多，而且这里的听众都很真实，你唱的好总会有人给你点赞，收藏，转发什么的，你唱的不好听那可真是一个赞都没有啊[捂脸]，我主页里有我弹吉他的视频，欢迎大家来收听哈，目前歌曲正在持续更新中，大家有喜欢的歌可以在我视频里留言，只要我会唱一定会满足大家的，谢谢大家[中国赞]
